About Us

 Hi, I'm Anna. I'm married to David and we have 4 kids.

Zeke is 13, Quinn is 11, Wyatt is 10, and Claire is 9.

We started homeschooling in 2015 when Claire was a baby and Zeke was starting 1st grade. We consider ourselves to be eclectic homeschoolers, but we are not so worried about keeping things so varied that we continually switch curriculum companies all the time.

We love to eat, cook, and bake. I started my cooking adventures as a teen and enjoy gradually expanding my experience. Once upon a time, I decorated cakes. You can find some of my creations at my blog Anna's Confections. David enjoys jumping in the kitchen too, he is especially good at reinventing leftovers, finding recipes for oddball ingredients, and making breakfasts. Our kids also enjoy cooking and baking. Zeke loves to make all the comfort foods, Quinn loves to bake, Wyatt prefers to grow and prep the food for cooking, and Claire makes a tasty guacamole.
